St Marys Cement Bowmanville becomes first North American industrial organization to receive Certification in Energy Excellence Presentation by Phil McNelly MPP Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Energy & Infrastructure What: Certificate presentation for Bowmanville facility reaching the milestone of achieving certification in Energy Excellence. Go South on Waverley Road. Turn right at end of Waverley Road - immediately before St Marys Cement Sign, follow plant road down to main plant (stay left at fork in road).
