Green Energy Field Day at Queen’s Park to feature former Toronto mayor David Miller

This Saturday, September 24th, the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (
www.ontario-sea.org) will be hosting a Green Energy Field Day event at Queen's Park.
The event is part of OSEA's province-wide, doors-open Green Energy Field Day, where green energy projects will be showcased in cities across the province. It is on September 24th to link up with the global Moving Planet day - a day to move beyond fossil fuels and celebrate sustainable energy.
The Queen's Park event includes:
• 11 AM Bike Clinic
• 12 PM Information Booths Open
• 12:30 PM All Wheels Ride
• 2 PM Keynote Presentation by David Miller
• WattsNext? Video Contest Winner Announced
• Solar Powered Live Entertainment
Other Green Energy Field Day projects in Toronto include events at the Evergreen Brick Works, the Toronto Zoo, a solar panel installation on Lake Shore Boulevard, and the Archetype Sustainable House at the Kortright Centre for Conservation.
