MFTIP workshop at Kew Beach United Church to help local residents reduce property taxes and reap financial benefits of managed woodlots NEW LOCATION (Toronto, ON) The Ontario Forestry Association is hosting a free woodlot management workshop at the Kew Beach United Church. This is one of two final workshops of the 2006 province-wide, 15-location tour that has already been attended by over 600 people. The free workshop at the Kew Beach United Church on November 9th from 6:00 to 8:00pm will show you how to apply for tax relief under MFTIP, set objectives for your property, prepare a forest stewardship plan and identify local resources to assist you in achieving your management goals. This workshop is sponsored by the Trees Ontario Foundation. Space is limited and pre-registration is recommended.
