Energy expert in North Bay to discuss recommendations for a Green Energy Act for Ontario

Media Advisory Energy expert in North Bay to discuss recommendations for a Green Energy Act for Ontario Energy expert, Marion Fraser, will be speaking at a forum on emerging opportunities for wood pellets. She will be outlining the provisions of a Green Energy Act recommended by the Green Energy Act Alliance, a network of agricultural groups, First Nations, environmental organizations and trade unions. A Green Energy Act proposed by the Alliance, which would empower all Ontario residents to become power generators, is based on similar laws in Europe that have proven to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, eliminate smog and create thousand of good jobs.
