Home energy audits in new Green Emergy Act a positive step towards consumer protection Today, the Ontario legislature passed Bill150. Better known as the Green Energy and Environment Act, Bill 150 will help protect consumer rights by mandating home energy efficiency audits at point of sale. Having this information will allow home buyers to make an educated purchasing choice. WHO: Stephen Koch, Executive Director of NAIMA Canada, is very knowledgeable about issues of energy efficiency, construction and green building.
