(Toronto, ON, January 6th, 2015) After a great year in 2014 in delivering Conservation Demand Management (CDM) and Demand-side Management (DSM) programs, GreenSaver is poised for even more success with the appointment of four new members of the management team. Vladan Veljovic, President and CEO of GreenSaver, welcomes Jay Bulger as Vice President of Operations; John Rouse as Operations Manager; Caitlyn Ryan as Manager, Energy Program Delivery; and Tom Wynn as Business Development Manager.

"GreenSaver is one of the few organizations focused on delivering energy conservation programs across Ontario,” observed Veljovic. “We currently deliver CDM and DSM programs to over 50 Ontario utilities, service 75% of Ontario’s population and have completed over 20,000 energy conservation projects in 2014 alone.” The new management team will make GreenSaver even more effective in 2015.

Jay Bulger has extensive experience in program operations, contracting and project delivery and has been Acting Vice President of Operations at GreenSaver for the past few months. He will ensure that the GreenSaver team continues with its operational success and is properly positioned for all future challenges.

John Rouse is a 35-year veteran of Toronto Hydro and brings a wealth of management experience in operations, field services, program delivery and LDC process management. He will be in charge of internal processes, field delivery and quality control.

Caitlyn Ryan is an expert in Ontario CDM and DSM program delivery and was previously responsible for the management of two of GreenSaver’s largest conservation programs. She will now oversee overall LDC and utility program delivery and outreach activities.

Tom Wynn has fifteen years of experience in both Canada and the US in the field of energy efficiency and project and facility management, effectively working with both electric and gas utilities. Most recently, Wynn has been managing a 23% reduction in energy consumption for over 400,000 square feet of commercial office space in Vancouver, BC. Wynn’s role at GreenSaver will be focused on managing key accounts with LDCs and utilities.

“I look forward to working with the new team,” Veljovic concluded. "I have faith the additions will make GreenSaver even more capable for success under Ontario’s new provincial conservation framework.”
