Media Advisory Attention Community Calendar, Event Listing and News Editors Little Britain, Fenelon Falls, Minden selected for free workshop on drinking water protection, septic maintenance and available grants Homeowners can learn how to protect their drinking water and access grants for eligible projects at a free workshop being held in Little Britain, Fenelon Falls and Minden. Experts from Kawartha Conservation, the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Health Unit and Well Aware will be talking about and answering questions on proper septic maintenance, groundwater protection, well maintenance, well water testing and what projects are eligible for and how to access grants. The locations and dates of the workshops are as follows: Little Britain: February 20th, 6 to 9 p.m., Dr. George Hall Public School, 374 Eldon Rd.
