Municipal compost to be the centrepiece of a biological lawn and garden care demonstration project
Office tower to launch a biological lawn and garden “soil-lift” demonstration project to celebrate International Compost Awareness Week
The secret to beautiful and healthy lawns and gardens is the quality of the soil. A small investment of time, a few inexpensive inputs, and some TLC (tender loving compost) is all you need to give your soil a “make-over” that will yield bountiful gardening results.

What Join the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, Canderel (building owner of 1075 Bay Street), and The Compost Council of Canada at the launch of the new demonstration project, as they:- aerate the lawn behind an office tower;
- spread compost made from the organics recycling and greenbin efforts of Ontarians; and,
- feed the soil some important micronutrients and biological inoculants
