The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario responds to the Government of Ontario’s Climate Change Action Plan

The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario is obligated to respond to “Ontario’s Climate Change Action Plan: Creating our Sustainable Future Annual Report 2007-2008,” to be released by the Minister of Environment of Ontario, John Gerretsen, on behalf of the Ontario government.
The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario has posted his response to this report and will host a web-based briefing session for media at 1:30 p.m. Please see www.eco.on.ca/eng for details.
If time allows, Commissioner Miller will answer questions from non-media, but only after media inquires have been satisfied.
The Commissioner will be available for one-on-one interviews after 2:15.
