Environmental Commissioner of Ontario to release Special Report on climate change adaptation

The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario is releasing a Special Report to review
Climate Ready: Ontario's Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan, 2011 - 2014. Climate Ready is a plan released by the Ontario government. It outlines measures that the government is taking to prepare the province for warmer temperatures, and more severe weather events, due to climate change. The Commissioner will be commenting on the adequacy of the government’s plan.
The report will be released at a media conference, and will also be available via webcast. To watch a live webcast of the media conference, please visit
http://www.eco.on.ca/. Please note the Commissioner will not be taking questions via webcast, but will be available for individual interviews after the news conference.
