Category 2 Medium Builder (51 - 199 homes/yr)
Category 3 Small Builder (0 - 50 homes/yr)

The builder that wins this category exemplifies commitment to building and labeling energy efficient sustainable new homes.
Each of the recipients has shown organizational commitment to green, and has made significant impact in their communities through innovation, advocacy, and awareness.

R-2000 Builder of the Year
The builder that wins this category exemplifies commitment to building and labeling energy efficient sustainable new homes.

Best Green Marketing
Chosen by the EnerQuality partners to recognize a builder that has successfully integrated energy efficiency into their overall marketing program.  Sales strategy, branding, advertising, consumer awareness campaigns and sales training may be considered.

Industry Partner of the Year
This award will recognize a manufacturer/supplier which has gone “above and beyond” for builders including construction design and sales support while driving the industry towards energy efficiency in building energy efficient sustainable new homes.

Evaluator of the Year
Chosen by builders, this Certified Energy Evaluator will be recognized for their continued contribution to the industry, commitment to energy efficiency in new home construction while providing excellence in customer service.

Building Innovation & Excellence
Nominated by evaluators and EnerQuality partners to recognize a builder who has continued to demonstrate Technical Excellence while integrating innovation in energy efficient and green building practices.  

Leader of the Year
This award recognizes commitment and leadership in driving the growth of sustainable new housing in Ontario, and acknowledges an individual or organization which has demonstrated dedication to increasing awareness, and motivated change.  

Hall of Fame
This special award recognizes an individual that has made a significant and long term impact as an advocate of energy efficiency in the new housing industry; and/or the development, delivery or management of one of the EnerQuality managed programs, ENERGY STAR for New Homes, EnerGuide Rating System or R-2000.
