Built to the strict technical qualifications of the ENERGY STAR for New Homes initiative, Norfolk Fairway Estates will help reduce total home energy consumption by up to 30%, electricity consumption by up to 1200 kWh and green house gas emissions between 2 and 3 tonnes per year. New homes that receive the ENERGY STAR label area approximately 30 percent more energy efficient than those built to the minimum Ontario building code standards.
