Media Advisory Attention: News, Energy and Environment Editors and Commentators Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance to release energy efficiency ‘Report Card’ for Provincial, Territorial and Federal Governments (Ottawa, 2008) Ken Elsey, President and CEO of the Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance (CEEA) will release and analyze the letter grades for the energy efficiency performance of each provincial, territorial and the federal Government. Mr. Elsey will provide background on the methodology, how scores are calculated and government by government trends in the data set. Questions will be fielded in French and English. The Alliance works in partnership with manufacturers, utilities, governments, builders, labour, consumer groups, and environmental organizations to facilitate the adoption of energy efficiency measures in Canada. The Alliance is supported through fees and project contributions from members.
